Our team of loss adjusters consists of many experienced professionals, each working with a dedicated assistant. With our engineer-based staff together with adjusters who are graduates of business administration, economics and maritime studies, the loss adjusting processes for Fire, Engineering, Cargo, Hull, Liability and Aviation claims are managed and concluded in the best possible way.

In line with our uncompromising approach to quality, we are able to respond to all our business partners’ needs 24/7.

Our focus is to provide the fastest, highest-quality and most accurate reporting to our business partners. Every assignment is carried out with great care; the requested service and the incident are examined on site and a preliminary report is submitted to our business partners in the shortest possible time. Our final report is then delivered as quickly as possible.

OUR SOLUTION PARTNERS

We have established a dedicated team to handle marine claims and recovery procedures on behalf of insurers and insured parties. The purpose of our Claims & Recovery department is to provide services, in full compliance with the relevant legal systems, to recover any unpaid invoice or loss as quickly and efficiently as possible – abroad for our local clients and in Turkey for our international clients – and to support all processes related to the recovery of such claims.
